Simplifying Nutrition and Achieving a No-Pressure Approach to Eating Well
Nutritional science is somewhat new and with the ever-increasing complexity of dietary trends and information, I wanted to use this episode to talk about how you can can nourish your body without resorting to harsh restrictive diets or succumbing to the latest food trends. But rather emphasize achievable goals and a non-judgmental perspective.
I drew inspiration from Michael Pollan's work and highlight some of my favorite food rules that provide practical guidance on how we should be eating.
