I know it’s often easy to medicate symptoms, the truth is if we want to get our bodies back working for us, and to feel like we are in control of our health, then we need to dig deeper.

In this episode, I talk about medicating health conditions or accompanying signs and symptoms.  While the pharmaceutical industry has revolutionized modern medicine, it is important to remember that medication is not always the best solution. Like a car that has a squeak, we cannot simply ignore the problem by turning up the radio. If we want to regain control of our health and get our bodies working for us, we need to look deeper.

While medication can be a useful tool in managing health conditions, it should not be the only solution. By digging deeper and exploring the root cause, we can regain control of our bodies and live happier, healthier lives.
